Privacy notice

X'INFO publishes this website. This notice explains the personal data used when you visit the site or contact us. The site has no account, contact form, newsletter, database, advertising pixel, or audience-measurement analytics.

Who is responsible

Data controller: X'INFO, 5 Cour Maurice Utrillo, 77600 Bussy-Saint-Georges, France. Contact: xinfo.xinfo.xinfo@gmail.com.

Visiting the site

To deliver and secure the site, Cloudflare, Inc. may process technical connection data such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser and device information, referring page, response status, and security signals. X'INFO uses this processing to make the site available and protect it from misuse. The legal basis for X'INFO's processing is its legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Providing these technical data is necessary to connect to the site.

Cloudflare provides hosting and network services and processes request data on behalf of its customers. Cloudflare may also process network and security data for its own service operation as described in its Privacy Policy. Cloudflare says it retains personal information consistently with the purpose for collection or legal obligations, considering the data's nature and sensitivity, potential harm, whether less data would serve the purpose, and legal or contractual requirements. The applicable retention period depends on the Cloudflare service and plan. This site does not add analytics or export requests to a separate logging service.

Messages sent by email

If you email us, we process the sender address, any name or contact details you include, and the message and attachments so we can respond and handle the matter. Sending a message is optional; without a reply address we may be unable to answer. The legal basis is X'INFO's legitimate interest in responding and keeping the correspondence needed to handle your request, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract where relevant. Gmail by Google provides the mailbox service and may process the message under its own terms and privacy policy.

We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle your request, then delete it. We may retain relevant records for longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, with access limited for that purpose.

Recipients and international transfers

Access is limited to people acting for X'INFO who need the information to handle the site or your request. Relevant service providers are Cloudflare for hosting and network security, and Google for the email inbox. Cloudflare is based in the United States and may store or access data in the United States, the EEA, and other countries; its published privacy information describes applicable transfer safeguards. Google describes its own international data processing in its Privacy Policy.

Cookies and external links

The site itself does not set cookies or use advertising or audience-measurement trackers. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary security technologies to deliver and protect the site. The article links to Synthesia; if you follow that link, Synthesia receives connection data under its own privacy notice.

Your rights

You may ask X'INFO to confirm whether we process your personal data and, where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may request portability where the legal conditions apply and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To exercise these rights, email xinfo.xinfo.xinfo@gmail.com or write to X'INFO at 5 Cour Maurice Utrillo, 77600 Bussy-Saint-Georges, France. You may also complain to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
